"I am an artist based in Nice. I work with different mediums, my main one being painting. My work addresses my relationship to my femininity from a decolonial and spiritual perspective. I create a fictional universe that highlights the black woman as a heroine and a goddess. I draw my inspiration from afrofuturist, eco-feminist philosophies and icons of black popular culture. I often represent tropical environments of West Africa, they are for me spaces of peace and freedom for my heroines."
